In the heart of The  Shenandoah Valley during prohibition, Sylvanus found himself on the verge of arrest by revenuers for making moonshine. Faced with a choice he couldn’t bear, he opted for Death Before Dishonor, tragically taking his own life at his homestead. His legacy and deep love for the craft are felt generations later as KP Spirits seeks to honor his memory and artistry of making moonshine.
